Agreement

Using Woven Looks

By installing, accessing, or using Woven Looks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use Woven Looks for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Accounts

Merchant accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You represent that you have authority to connect the Shopify store, authorize team members, and provide the product content and data used with Woven Looks.

Commercial terms

Plans, trials, and Shopify billing

Available plans, trials, allowances, and billing intervals are presented in the app and administered through Shopify. Charges, renewals, changes, cancellations, taxes, and refunds are subject to the plan terms shown when you select or change a plan and to Shopify's applicable billing terms.

Conduct

Acceptable use

You may use Woven Looks only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe its security, bypass usage controls, infringe others' rights, or use it to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive material.

Content

Shopper photos, product content, and generated previews

You are responsible for obtaining the notices, permissions, and lawful basis needed for shopper photos, product images, and other content you submit or make available through your store. You retain your rights in that content. You instruct us to process it solely to provide, secure, and improve the service for your store as described in our Privacy Policy.

Generated previews are automated outputs and may be imperfect. Review them in context and do not rely on them as a guarantee of product fit, appearance, availability, or outcome.

Ownership

Intellectual property

Woven Looks, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for an active Woven Looks installation or account while it is covered by an applicable plan, trial, or available allowance. No other rights are granted.

Operations

Service availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend, or change the service to address security, reliability, legal, or product needs. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption, but the service may be unavailable from time to time.

No warranties

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woven Looks is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limits

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woven Looks and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Ending use

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address a breach of these terms, or prevent harm. You may stop using Woven Looks by uninstalling the app and cancelling any plan through Shopify. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Updates

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated terms here and revise the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
